Positive Working Together

At its autumn synod the District agreed that we shall all work together for the good of all – as set out in the Positive Working Together policy and shared commitment documents

  • Synod strongly recommended that a half-day training should be undertaken by all Circuit Leadership Teams and all those holding major offices in local Churches. Superintendents have a copy of the proposed programme for this training and further copies may be obtained by emailing david.read@mybroadbandmail.com

No one in the District should experience bullying or harassment. Anyone who does have this experience can engage the person exhibiting this behaviour, using the Shared Commitment Document which we have all agreed shall be the basis for our relating and working together.
